AV-6592 Portable Industrial PV Solar Module IV Tester
Brief Introduction
AV6592 Portable Solar Module IV Tester is mainly used to measure outdoor
voltage-ampere characteristics of solar array/batteries with convenient and fast
measurement under natural light, providing measuring safeguard for the design,
acceptance and maintenance of the solar power station. It is a necessary testing
tool for power station construction, quality testing department, manufacturer and
R&D institution. The product can overall record testing environmental state with
accessories such as ambient temperature sensor, solar panel's temperature
sensor and irradiance meter. The main body of the tester adopts portable design
with dustproof and splash-proof function and visual color liquid under highlight or
sunlight to satisfy the needs of field work. The main body uses build-in Windows
interface and delivers clear and definite testing results with top-ranking operating
experience for users.

@Wireless connection between the main body and sensors, wireless
communication connectivity with maximum 100 meters to make the

standard STC test conditional correction. Metered service and certificate are

for most component manufacturer, providing reference for transition and
comparison of testing results, offering overall parameter setting function and
manual test correction for easy use.
@Internal power supplier design of high voltage isolation for reliable safe
insurance. The wide voltage test range, the maximum open circuit voltage test to
1000V, and provide up to 10KW photovoltaic array test function.
@Automatic switch function with overvoltage, over-current protection and
settable automatic continuous test function.
@Built-in large-capacity lithium-ion battery can be replaced to provide sufficient
power for the test.
@Support environmental monitoring function such as ambient temperature test,

optional irradiance measurement certificate.

@AV6592 tester has unique function of component generated energy test, which
can agree with component identification test of IEC1853 currently used by
